Bandai Asia produced
a set of Sailor Moon dolls which were release in both the Asia
and European markets. These dolls had the same packaging, with
the exception of a sticker across the front window, labeling the
dolls Sailor Moon R Special Edition. There is no date on the packaging,
but I would guess that the dolls were produced and market in 1994-1995.
The packaging includes English, French, German, Spainish and Belgian.
A set of the Outer Senshi were marketed for Asia in 1996, and
included Sailor Pluto, Sailor Uranus, Sailor Neptune and Sailor
Chibi Moon. These dolls were also released in Europe, but in differnent
packaging. They did produce a Super Sailor Moon and a Super Sailor
Chibi Moon. In all the years of searching, I have never run across
a Tuxedo Mask marketed for Asia and Europe.

Sailormoon was
popular in Korea too. A set of the standard Bandai Asia dolls
were released in 1996. Another company ( Sonokong ) received a
license to produce Sailormoon merchandise and produced a Sailor
Moon doll. I have not seen any of the other Sailor Scouts release
in this size by that company.
